Escutcheon plates for coin operated pianos.
(Located just below the keyboard in the center)
If you own a nickelodeon that uses a key to lock the fallboard, chances are you're missing one of these. Measure the screw holes on your piano to determine which you need.
They are new reproduction plates made like the originals. Made from solid brass, the darkened lower areas are tarnished dark brown by a process - the same way they were made by the factories. Raised brass areas are satin brass with clear finish over top.
The plate on the right is used on early Seeburgs and many other brands of coin pianos. $17 each plus $3.50 shipping or five (mix and match) for $75 plus $3.50 shipping.
Early name plate found on early Seeburg pianos. 3 1/2" by 1"
Price: $25. each.

New plastic nuts about 3/8" in diameter. Soft brown plastic like the old Player Piano Co. plastic nuts. These are crowned like many old leather nuts and have a knurled edge for easy turning. A small center hole allows you to drill hole to desired size.

15 1/2" Regina music box in serpentine case.
There is nothing to make excuses for on this beautiful music box. The cabinet has just been refinished in gloss. The music box portion is in fine original condition. The short bed plate is the best arrangement for a double comb Regina. There are no replaced teeth, no damper noises. The sound projects clearly as a fine music box should. Comes with 12 discs.
PRICE: $5,200.

Seeburg Audiophone Pneumatic Jukebox unrestored
This was the first model jukebox Seeburg produced after having made coin operated pianos. Made in 1928 this is a fully selectable jukebox with eight selections. It has a box pump similar to a piano pump, a pancake motor, accumulator and coin box just like the ones used in coin pianos and the records are held onto the turntables with piano action bolts! This has a Ferris wheel arrangement similar to some Mills jukes of the same period. I have the original locks with new keys and original back door. As far as I can tell it has never been touched; just the way you like to find them. I've restored two of these and they worked like a charm. They're not that difficult to restore. It has the original walnut finish that looks pretty good as is apart from the scratches on the lid. I'll supply a schematic for tubing. Price: $4,500
Large cage with three mechanical birds made in France circa 1880s in "as found" condition.
This needs some work but it will be a wonderful addition to your collection. When working properly a bird will sing (turning its head side to side, flapping his wings and tail), there will be a long pause and then another bird will sing. The tone of the chirp is clear and full. It operates somewhat now but will need to have the belows recovered and the mechanism will need adjustment. The red bird needs to be re-feathered and the top bird's beak does not close. Most of the gold leaf in intact on the base but there is some chipping revealing the white gesso.
Price:$3,500.
Concert 9' Knabe Ampico
This concert grand (now gutted) had a 1920 Ampico A mechanism installed from the factory. This is just like the one in Jasper Sanfilippo's collection. The low price indicates the condition. It comes with parts I've rounded up. It needs a lot but it's the real thing!
Price: $5,000
Seeburg Model G Jukebox
Just pulled out of an old rec room this Seeburg model G jukebox is in good original condition. I didn't plug it in yet but it was supposed to have worked after a fashion when I bought it. It has average chrome and complete coin gear.

REGINA 20 3/4" SERPENTINE WITH CUPOLA TOP
This is a very difficult box to find. Besides being a 20 3/4" with a serpentine case, it has the cupola top to let the sound out even with the lid closed.
Just picked out of a home, this box has wonderful tone that projects music throughout a good sized room. Short bed plate - double comb with all good original teeth and good dampers. It only needs refinishing. With 12 discs.
Price: $6,700.
Rockola World Series Pinball
Here's a very clean example of the mechanical pinball made by Rockola. This was the most popular pinball machine of the era. It has the original paint, decal, lock & key, cash box but it's missing the marquee. I've cleaned and regulated the mechanism and it works well. The cabinet could use a cleaning. Take it home and enjoy it. Price: $1,900
